Bro. Ruben Sulapas is the pastor of Riverspring Baptist Bible Church in Iligan City in northern Mindanao, Philippines, a church which he founded in 1992. He is married to Marilyn Sulapas and they have one daughter, Michelle. He is also the president and lead translator for Filipino Resources for Evangelism and Edification (F.R.E.E.), which he founded in 1999 along with nine other Filipino pastors.
