Minuscule 110 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), α 204 (Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment leaves. Paleographically it had been assigned to the 12th century.<ref name = Aland>K. Aland, M. Welte, B. Köster, K. Description

The codex contains a complete text of the Acts, Pauline epistles, and the Book of Revelation on 292 parchment leaves (size 22.3 cm by 16.5 cm). Written in one column per page, in 23 lines per page.<ref name = Aland/> It contains some lacunae in the (Acts 1:1-20, Rev. 6:14-8:1, 22:19-21). It contains prolegomena to Paul, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, lectionary markings, subscriptions, and στιχοι. It has commentary of Theophylact. The codex survived in poor condition, and its text is often illegible.<ref name = Scrivener>F. H. A. History

The manuscript was brought by Covel from Sinai to England.<ref name = Gregory>C. R. Gregory, Textkritik de Neuen Testamentes 1900, vol. 1. p. 265. </ref>

It was examined by Mill, Bloomfield (in Acts and Paul). Scrivener collated text of the Apocalypse.

It is currently housed at the British Library (Harley 5778), at London.<ref name = Aland/>
