Minuscule 250 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), O 10 (Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Paleographically it had been assigned to the 13th century.[1]

Description
The codex contains the text of the Gospel of John on 10 parchment leaves,[1] with a lacunae (John 1:1-7:38).[2] It contains Epistula ad Carpianum, Eusebian tables, tables of κεφαλαια, Ammonian Sections, Eusebian Canons, and Synaxarion.[3]
Text
The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. Aland placed it in Category V.[4]
History
Formerly the manuscript was held at the monastery at Athos peninsula. It was brought to Moscow, by the monk Arsenius, on the suggestion of the Patriarch Nikon, in the reign of Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov (1645-1676). The manuscript was collated by C. F. Matthaei.[3]
It was examined by Wettstein, Griesbach and Matthei.[2]
The manuscript is currently housed at the State Historical Museum at Moscow.[1]
