Lectionary 137

Lectionary 137, designated by sigla 137 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment leaves. Paleographically it had been assigned to the 11th century.[1]

Description

The codex contains Lessons from the Gospels of John, Matthew, Luke lectionary (Evangelistarium) with some lacunae at the beginning. It is written in Greek minuscule letters, on 105 parchment leaves (23.7 cm by 18.4 cm), in twoe columns per page, 20 lines per page.[2][3]

History

The manuscript once belonged to Pietro Polidori, who presented it fo the Biblioteca Valliceliana.<ref name = Scrivener>cite book
