- Mark 13:19 For <1063> in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

John
Joh 2:25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for <1063> he knew what was in man. Joh 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for <1063> no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Joh 3:16 For <1063> God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Joh 3:17 For <1063> God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because <1063> their deeds were evil. Joh 3:20 For <1063> every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. Joh 3:24 For <1063> John was not yet cast into prison. Joh 3:34 For <1063> he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for <1063> God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. Joh 4:8 (For <1063> his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) Joh 4:9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for <1063> the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Joh 4:18 For <1063> thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. Joh 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for <1063> the Father seeketh such to worship him. Joh 4:37 And <1063> herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. Joh 4:42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for <1063> we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. Joh 4:44 For <1063> Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country. Joh 4:45 Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for <1063> they also went unto the feast. Joh 4:47 When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judaea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son: for <1063> he was at the point of death. Joh 5:4 For <1063> an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. Joh 5:13 And he that was healed wist not who it was: for <1063> Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in that place. Joh 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for <1063> what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. Joh 5:20 For <1063> the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. Joh 5:21 For <1063> as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. Joh 5:22 For <1063> the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: Joh 5:26 For <1063> as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; Joh 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for <1063> the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. Joh 5:46 For <1063> had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for <1063> he wrote of me. Joh 6:6 And this he said to prove him: for <1063> he himself knew what he would do. Joh 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for <1063> him hath God the Father sealed. Joh 6:33 For <1063> the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Joh 6:55 For <1063> my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. Joh 6:64 But there are some of you that believe not. For <1063> Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. Joh 6:71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for <1063> he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve. Joh 7:1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for <1063> he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him. Joh 7:4 For <1063> there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world. Joh 7:5 For <1063> neither did his brethren believe in him. Joh 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for <1063> the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) Joh 7:41 Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, <1063> Shall Christ come out of Galilee? Joh 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for <1063> if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. Joh 8:42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for <1063> I proceeded forth and came from God; neither <1063> came I of myself, but he sent me. Joh 9:22 These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for <1063> the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue. Joh 9:30 The man answered and said unto them, Why <1063> herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes. Joh 10:26 But ye believe not, because <1063> ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. Joh 11:39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for <1063> he hath been dead four days. Joh 12:8 For <1063> the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always. Joh 12:43 For <1063> they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. Joh 12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for <1063> I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. Joh 13:11 For <1063> he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean. Joh 13:13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for <1063> so I am. Joh 13:15 For <1063> I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. Joh 13:29 For <1063> some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor. Joh 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for <1063> the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. Joh 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for <1063> if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for <1063> he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. Joh 16:27 For <1063> the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. Joh 18:13 And led him away to Annas first; for <1063> he was father in law to Caiaphas, which was the high priest that same year. Joh 19:6 When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for <1063> I find no fault in him. Joh 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for <1063> that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. Joh 19:36 For <1063> these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. Joh 20:9 For <1063> as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. Joh 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for <1063> I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. Joh 21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher’s coat unto him, (for <1063> he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. Joh 21:8 And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for <1063> they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes. Ac 1:20 For <1063> it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. Ac 2:15 For <1063> these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing <1063> it is but the third hour of the day. Ac 2:25 For <1063> David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: Ac 2:34 For <1063> David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Ac 2:39 For <1063> the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. Ac 3:22 For <1063> Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. Ac 4:3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for <1063> it was now eventide. Ac 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for <1063> there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Ac 4:16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for <1063> that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. Ac 4:20 For <1063> we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. Ac 4:22 For <1063> the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed. Ac 4:27 For <1063> of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, Ac 4:34 Neither <1063> was there any among them that lacked: for <1063> as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, Ac 5:26 Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for <1063> they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned. Ac 5:36 For <1063> before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought. Ac 6:14 For <1063> we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us. Ac 7:33 Then said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for <1063> the place where thou standest is holy ground. Ac 7:40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for <1063> as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. Ac 8:7 For <1063> unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. Ac 8:16 (For <1063> as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Ac 8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for <1063> thy heart is not right in the sight of God. Ac 8:23 For <1063> I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity. Ac 8:31 And he said, How <1063> can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. Ac 8:39 And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and <1063> he went on his way rejoicing. Ac 9:11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for <1063>, behold, he prayeth, Ac 9:16 For <1063> I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake. Ac 10:46 For <1063> they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, Ac 13:8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for <1063> so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. Ac 13:27 For <1063> they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. Ac 13:36 For <1063> David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: Ac 13:47 For <1063> so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. Ac 15:21 For <1063> Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day. Ac 15:28 For <1063> it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; Ac 16:3 Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for <1063> they knew all that his father was a Greek. Ac 16:28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for <1063> we are all here. Ac 16:37 But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily <1063>; but let them come themselves and fetch us out. Ac 17:20 For <1063> thou bringest certain strange things to our ears: we would know therefore what these things mean. Ac 17:23 For <1063> as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. Ac 17:28 For <1063> in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For <1063> we are also his offspring. Ac 18:3 And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for <1063> by their occupation they were tentmakers. Ac 18:15 But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for <1063> I will be no judge of such matters. Ac 18:18 And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for <1063> he had a vow. Ac 18:28 For <1063> he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ. Ac 19:24 For <1063> a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen; Ac 19:32 Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for <1063> the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together. Ac 19:35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what <1063> man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter? Ac 19:37 For <1063> ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess. Ac 19:40 For <1063> we are in danger to be called in question for this day’s uproar, there being no cause whereby we may give an account of this concourse. Ac 20:10 And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Trouble not yourselves; for <1063> his life is in him. Ac 20:13 And we went before to ship, and sailed unto Assos, there intending to take in Paul: for <1063> so had he appointed, minding himself to go afoot. Ac 20:16 For <1063> Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for <1063> he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost. Ac 20:27 For <1063> I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. Ac 20:29 For <1063> I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Ac 21:3 Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for <1063> there the ship was to unlade her burden. Ac 21:13 Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for <1063> I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. Ac 21:22 What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for <1063> they will hear that thou art come. Ac 21:29 (For <1063> they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.) Ac 21:36 For <1063> the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him. Ac 22:22 And they gave him audience unto this word, and then lifted up their voices, and said, Away with such a fellow from the earth: for <1063> it is not fit that he should live. Ac 22:26 When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest: for <1063> this man is a Roman. Ac 23:5 Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for <1063> it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people. Ac 23:8 For <1063> the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both. Ac 23:11 And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for <1063> as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome. Ac 23:17 Then Paul called one of the centurions unto him, and said, Bring this young man unto the chief captain: for <1063> he hath a certain thing to tell him. Ac 23:21 But do not thou yield unto them: for <1063> there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee. Ac 24:5 For <1063> we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes: Ac 25:11 For <1063> if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal unto Caesar. Ac 25:27 For <1063> it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the crimes laid against him. Ac 26:16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for <1063> I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Ac 26:26 For <1063> the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for <1063> I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for <1063> this thing was not done in a corner. Ac 27:22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for <1063> there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship. Ac 27:23 For <1063> there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, Ac 27:25 Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for <1063> I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me. Ac 27:34 Wherefore I pray you to take some meat: for <1063> this is for your health: for <1063> there shall not an hair fall from the head of any of you. Ac 28:2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for <1063> they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold. Ac 28:20 For this cause therefore have I called for you, to see you, and to speak with you: because that for <1063> the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain. Ac 28:22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for <1063> as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against. Ac 28:27 For <1063> the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
Romans
Ro 1:9 For <1063> God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Ro 1:11 For <1063> I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; Ro 1:16 For <1063> I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for <1063> it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Ro 1:17 For <1063> therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Ro 1:18 For <1063> the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Ro 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for <1063> God hath shewed it unto them. Ro 1:20 For <1063> the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Ro 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for <1063> even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: Ro 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for <1063> wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for <1063> thou that judgest doest the same things. Ro 2:11 For <1063> there is no respect of persons with God. Ro 2:12 For <1063> as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; Ro 2:13 (For <1063> not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. Ro 2:14 For <1063> when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Ro 2:24 For <1063> the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written. Ro 2:25 For <1063> circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. Ro 2:28 For <1063> he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: Ro 3:2 Much every way: chiefly, because <1063> that unto them were committed the oracles of God. Ro 3:3 For <1063> what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? Ro 3:7 For <1063> if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? Ro 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for <1063> we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; Ro 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for <1063> by the law is the knowledge of sin. Ro 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for <1063> there is no difference: Ro 3:23 For <1063> all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Ro 4:2 For <1063> if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. Ro 4:3 For <1063> what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Ro 4:9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for <1063> we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. Ro 4:13 For <1063> the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. Ro 4:14 For <1063> if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: Ro 4:15 Because <1063> the law worketh wrath: for <1063> where no law is, there is no transgression. Ro 5:6 For <1063> when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Ro 5:7 For <1063> scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet <1063> peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. Ro 5:10 For <1063> if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Ro 5:13 (For <1063> until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Ro 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For <1063> if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. Ro 5:16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for <1063> the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. Ro 5:17 For <1063> if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Ro 5:19 For <1063> as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Ro 6:5 For <1063> if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Ro 6:7 For <1063> he that is dead is freed from sin. Ro 6:10 For <1063> in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Ro 6:14 For <1063> sin shall not have dominion over you: for <1063> ye are not under the law, but under grace. Ro 6:19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for <1063> as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. Ro 6:20 For <1063> when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. Ro 6:21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for <1063> the end of those things is death. Ro 6:23 For <1063> the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ro 7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for <1063> I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? Ro 7:2 For <1063> the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. Ro 7:5 For <1063> when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. Ro 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for <1063> I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. Ro 7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For <1063> without the law sin was dead. Ro 7:11 For <1063> sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. Ro 7:14 For <1063> we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. Ro 7:15 For <1063> that which I do I allow not: for <1063> what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. Ro 7:18 For <1063> I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for <1063> to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. Ro 7:19 For <1063> the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Ro 7:22 For <1063> I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Ro 8:2 For <1063> the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Ro 8:3 For <1063> what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: Ro 8:5 For <1063> they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Ro 8:6 For <1063> to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Ro 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for <1063> it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed <1063> can be. Ro 8:13 For <1063> if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Ro 8:14 For <1063> as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Ro 8:15 For <1063> ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Ro 8:18 For <1063> I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Ro 8:19 For <1063> the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. Ro 8:20 For <1063> the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Ro 8:22 For <1063> we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. Ro 8:24 For <1063> we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for <1063> what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? Ro 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for <1063> we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Ro 8:38 For <1063> I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Ro 9:3 For <1063> I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: Ro 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For <1063> they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Ro 9:9 For <1063> this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son. Ro 9:11 (For <1063> the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) Ro 9:15 For <1063> he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. Ro 9:17 For <1063> the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. Ro 9:19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For <1063> who hath resisted his will? Ro 9:28 For <1063> he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. Ro 9:32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For <1063> they stumbled at that stumblingstone; Ro 10:2 For <1063> I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. Ro 10:3 For <1063> they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. Ro 10:4 For <1063> Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Ro 10:5 For <1063> Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. Ro 10:10 For <1063> with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Ro 10:11 For <1063> the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Ro 10:12 For <1063> there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for <1063> the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. Ro 10:13 For <1063> whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Ro 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For <1063> Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? Ro 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For <1063> I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. Ro 11:13 For <1063> I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office: Ro 11:15 For <1063> if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? Ro 11:21 For <1063> if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. Ro 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for <1063> God is able to graff them in again. Ro 11:24 For <1063> if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree? Ro 11:25 For <1063> I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Ro 11:29 For <1063> the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Ro 11:30 For <1063> as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: Ro 11:32 For <1063> God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. Ro 11:34 For <1063> who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? Ro 12:3 For <1063> I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Ro 12:4 For <1063> as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: Ro 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for <1063> it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Ro 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for <1063> in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Ro 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For <1063> there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Ro 13:3 For <1063> rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: Ro 13:4 For <1063> he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for <1063> he beareth not the sword in vain: for <1063> he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Ro 13:6 For <1063> for this cause pay ye tribute also: for <1063> they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Ro 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for <1063> he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Ro 13:9 For <1063> this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Ro 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for <1063> now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. Ro 14:3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for <1063> God hath received him. Ro 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for <1063> God is able to make him stand. Ro 14:6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for <1063> he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. Ro 14:7 For <1063> none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. Ro 14:8 For <1063> whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s. Ro 14:9 For <1063> to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. Ro 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for <1063> we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. Ro 14:11 For <1063> it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Ro 14:17 For <1063> the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Ro 14:18 For <1063> he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. Ro 15:2 <1063> Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. Ro 15:3 For <1063> even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. Ro 15:4 For <1063> whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. Ro 15:18 For <1063> I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, Ro 15:24 Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for <1063> I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company. Ro 15:26 For <1063> it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. Ro 15:27 It hath pleased them verily <1063>; and their debtors they are. For <1063> if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. Ro 16:2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for <1063> she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. Ro 16:18 For <1063> they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. Ro 16:19 For <1063> your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. 1Co 1:11 For <1063> it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. 1Co 1:17 For <1063> Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. 1Co 1:18 For <1063> the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 1Co 1:19 For <1063> it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 1Co 1:21 For <1063> after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 1Co 1:26 For <1063> ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 1Co 2:2 For <1063> I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 1Co 2:8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for <1063> had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for <1063> the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 1Co 2:11 For <1063> what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for <1063> they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1Co 2:16 For <1063> who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. 1Co 3:2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for <1063> hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. 1Co 3:3 For <1063> ye are yet carnal: for <1063> whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 1Co 3:4 For <1063> while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? 1Co 3:9 For <1063> we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building. 1Co 3:11 For <1063> other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1Co 3:13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for <1063> the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 1Co 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for <1063> the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. 1Co 3:19 For <1063> the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For <1063> it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 1Co 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For <1063> all things are yours; 1Co 4:4 For <1063> I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. 1Co 4:7 For <1063> who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? 1Co 4:9 For <1063> I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men. 1Co 4:15 For <1063> though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for <1063> in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 1Co 4:20 For <1063> the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. 1Co 5:3 For <1063> I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, 1Co 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For <1063> even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: 1Co 5:12 For <1063> what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 1Co 6:16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for <1063> two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 1Co 6:20 For <1063> ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1Co 7:7 For <1063> I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. 1Co 7:9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for <1063> it is better to marry than to burn. 1Co 7:14 For <1063> the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy. 1Co 7:16 For <1063> what knowest thou, O wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? or how knowest thou, O man, whether thou shalt save thy wife? 1Co 7:22 For <1063> he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ’s servant. 1Co 7:31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for <1063> the fashion of this world passeth away. 1Co 8:5 For <1063> though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) 1Co 8:8 But meat commendeth us not to God: for <1063> neither, if we eat, are we the better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse. 1Co 8:10 For <1063> if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol’s temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols; 1Co 9:2 If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for <1063> the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord. 1Co 9:9 For <1063> it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? 1Co 9:10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt <1063>, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. 1Co 9:15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for <1063> it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void. 1Co 9:16 For <1063> though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for <1063> necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! 1Co 9:17 For <1063> if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me. 1Co 9:19 For <1063> though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. 1Co 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for <1063> they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. 1Co 10:5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for <1063> they were overthrown in the wilderness. 1Co 10:17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for <1063> we are all partakers of that one bread. 1Co 10:26 For <1063> the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof. 1Co 10:28 But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for <1063> the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof: 1Co 10:29 Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for <1063> why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience? 1Co 11:5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for <1063> that is even all one as if she were shaven. 1Co 11:6 For <1063> if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. 1Co 11:7 For <1063> a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. 1Co 11:8 For <1063> the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. 1Co 11:9 <1063> Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. 1Co 11:12 For <1063> as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God. 1Co 11:18 For <1063> first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it. 1Co 11:19 For <1063> there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you. 1Co 11:21 For <1063> in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken. 1Co 11:22 What <1063>? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not. 1Co 11:23 For <1063> I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 1Co 11:26 For <1063> as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come. 1Co 11:29 For <1063> he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 1Co 11:31 For <1063> if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. 1Co 12:8 For <1063> to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 1Co 12:12 For <1063> as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 1Co 12:13 For <1063> by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Co 12:14 For <1063> the body is not one member, but many. 1Co 13:9 For <1063> we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 1Co 13:12 For <1063> now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 1Co 14:2 For <1063> he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for <1063> no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 1Co 14:5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for <1063> greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying. 1Co 14:8 For <1063> if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? 1Co 14:9 So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for <1063> ye shall speak into the air. 1Co 14:14 For <1063> if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. 1Co 14:17 For <1063> thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified. 1Co 14:31 For <1063> ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. 1Co 14:33 For <1063> God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. 1Co 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for <1063> it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 1Co 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for <1063> it is a shame for women to speak in the church. 1Co 15:3 For <1063> I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1Co 15:9 For <1063> I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 1Co 15:16 For <1063> if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 1Co 15:21 For <1063> since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 1Co 15:22 For <1063> as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 1Co 15:25 For <1063> he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 1Co 15:27 For <1063> he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 1Co 15:32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for <1063> to morrow we die. 1Co 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for <1063> some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 1Co 15:41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for <1063> one star differeth from another star in glory. 1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for <1063> the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1Co 15:53 For <1063> this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1Co 16:5 Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for <1063> I do pass through Macedonia. 1Co 16:7 For <1063> I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit. 1Co 16:9 For <1063> a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries. 1Co 16:10 Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for <1063> he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do. 1Co 16:11 Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for <1063> I look for him with the brethren. 1Co 16:18 For <1063> they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such. 2Co 1:8 For <1063> we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: 2Co 1:12 For <1063> our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward. 2Co 1:13 For <1063> we write none other things unto you, than what ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end; 2Co 1:19 For <1063> the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea. 2Co 1:20 For <1063> all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. 2Co 1:24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for <1063> by faith ye stand. 2Co 2:2 For <1063> if I make you sorry, who is he then that maketh me glad, but the same which is made sorry by me? 2Co 2:4 For <1063> out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you. 2Co 2:9 For <1063> to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things. 2Co 2:10 To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for <1063> if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ; 2Co 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for <1063> we are not ignorant of his devices. 2Co 2:17 For <1063> we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ. 2Co 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for <1063> the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. 2Co 3:9 For <1063> if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 2Co 3:10 For <1063> even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth. 2Co 3:11 For <1063> if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious. 2Co 3:14 But their minds were blinded: for <1063> until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 2Co 4:5 For <1063> we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. 2Co 4:11 For we which live are alway <1063> delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 2Co 4:15 For <1063> all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. 2Co 4:17 For <1063> our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 2Co 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for <1063> the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2Co 5:1 For <1063> we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2Co 5:2 For <1063> in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: 2Co 5:4 For <1063> we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. 2Co 5:7 (For <1063> we walk by faith, not by sight:) 2Co 5:10 For <1063> we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 2Co 5:12 For <1063> we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart. 2Co 5:13 For <1063> whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause. 2Co 5:14 For <1063> the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: 2Co 5:21 For <1063> he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2Co 6:2 (For <1063> he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) 2Co 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for <1063> what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for <1063> ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 2Co 7:3 I speak not this to condemn you: for <1063> I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you. 2Co 7:5 For <1063>, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears. 2Co 7:8 For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for <1063> I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season. 2Co 7:9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for <1063> ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. 2Co 7:10 For <1063> godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. 2Co 7:11 For <1063> behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter. 2Co 8:9 For <1063> ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. 2Co 8:10 And herein I give my advice: for <1063> this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do, but also to be forward a year ago. 2Co 8:12 For <1063> if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. 2Co 8:13 For <1063> I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened: 2Co 9:1 For <1063> as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you: 2Co 9:2 For <1063> I know the forwardness of your mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very many. 2Co 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for <1063> God loveth a cheerful giver. 2Co 10:3 For <1063> though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 2Co 10:4 (For <1063> the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2Co 10:8 For <1063> though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed: 2Co 10:12 For <1063> we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. 2Co 10:14 For <1063> we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you: for <1063> we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ: 2Co 10:18 For <1063> not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth. 2Co 11:2 For <1063> I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for <1063> I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. 2Co 11:4 For <1063> if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. 2Co 11:5 For <1063> I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles. 2Co 11:9 And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for <1063> that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself. 2Co 11:13 For <1063> such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for <1063> Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 2Co 11:19 For <1063> ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise. 2Co 11:20 For <1063> ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face. 2Co 12:1 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. <1063> I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. 2Co 12:6 For <1063> though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for <1063> I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. 2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for <1063> my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2Co 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for <1063> when I am weak, then am I strong. 2Co 12:11 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for <1063> I ought to have been commended of you: for <1063> in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing. 2Co 12:13 For <1063> what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong. 2Co 12:14 Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for <1063> I seek not yours, but you: for <1063> the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children. 2Co 12:20 For <1063> I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults: 2Co 13:4 For <1063> though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For <1063> we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. 2Co 13:8 For <1063> we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 2Co 13:9 For <1063> we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.
Galatians
Ga 1:10 For <1063> do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for <1063> if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. Ga 1:12 For <1063> I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. Ga 1:13 For <1063> ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: Ga 2:6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man’s person:) for <1063> they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: Ga 2:8 (For <1063> he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) Ga 2:12 For <1063> before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. Ga 2:18 For <1063> if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. Ga 2:19 For <1063> I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. Ga 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for <1063> if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Ga 3:10 For <1063> as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for <1063> it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Ga 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for <1063> it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Ga 3:18 For <1063> if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. Ga 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for <1063> if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. Ga 3:26 For <1063> ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. Ga 3:27 For <1063> as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Ga 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for <1063> ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Ga 4:15 Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for <1063> I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me. Ga 4:22 For <1063> it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. Ga 4:24 Which things are an allegory: for <1063> these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. Ga 4:25 For <1063> this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. Ga 4:27 For <1063> it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. Ga 4:30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for <1063> the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. Ga 5:5 For <1063> we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. Ga 5:6 For <1063> in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Ga 5:13 For <1063>, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Ga 5:14 For <1063> all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Ga 5:17 For <1063> the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Ga 6:3 For <1063> if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. Ga 6:5 For <1063> every man shall bear his own burden. Ga 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for <1063> whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Ga 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for <1063> in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Ga 6:13 For <1063> neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. Ga 6:15 For <1063> in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. Ga 6:17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for <1063> I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. Eph 2:8 For <1063> by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Eph 2:10 For <1063> we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph 2:14 For <1063> he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Eph 5:5 For <1063> this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for <1063> because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Eph 5:8 For <1063> ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: Eph 5:9 (For <1063> the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Eph 5:12 For <1063> it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. Eph 5:13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for <1063> whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Eph 5:29 For <1063> no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: Eph 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for <1063> this is right. Php 1:8 For <1063> God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ. Php 1:18 What then <1063>? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. Php 1:19 For <1063> I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, Php 1:21 For <1063> to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Php 1:23 For <1063> I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Php 2:5 <1063> Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Php 2:13 For <1063> it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Php 2:20 For <1063> I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. Php 2:21 For <1063> all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s. Php 2:27 For <1063> indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow. Php 3:3 For <1063> we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. Php 3:18 (For <1063> many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Php 3:20 For <1063> our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Php 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for <1063> I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. Col 2:1 For <1063> I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; Col 2:5 For <1063> though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. Col 3:3 For <1063> ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. Col 3:20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for <1063> this is well pleasing unto the Lord. Col 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for <1063> ye serve the Lord Christ. Col 4:13 For <1063> I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis. 1Th 1:8 For <1063> from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing. 1Th 1:9 For <1063> they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; 1Th 2:1 For <1063> yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain: 1Th 2:3 For <1063> our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: 1Th 2:5 For <1063> neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness: 1Th 2:9 For <1063> ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for <1063> labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God. 1Th 2:14 For <1063> ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: 1Th 2:19 For <1063> what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? 1Th 2:20 For <1063> ye are our glory and joy. 1Th 3:3 That no man should be moved by these afflictions: for <1063> yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto. 1Th 3:4 For <1063> verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know. 1Th 3:9 For <1063> what thanks can we render to God again for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sakes before our God; 1Th 4:2 For <1063> ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus. 1Th 4:3 For <1063> this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: 1Th 4:7 For <1063> God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. 1Th 4:9 But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for <1063> ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another. 1Th 4:10 And indeed <1063> ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; 1Th 4:14 For <1063> if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 1Th 4:15 For <1063> this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 1Th 5:2 For <1063> yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 1Th 5:3 For <1063> when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1Th 5:7 For <1063> they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for <1063> this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 2Th 2:7 For <1063> the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 2Th 3:2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for <1063> all men have not faith. 2Th 3:7 For <1063> yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you; 2Th 3:10 For <1063> even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 2Th 3:11 For <1063> we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies. 1Ti 2:3 For <1063> this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 1Ti 2:5 For <1063> there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 1Ti 2:13 For <1063> Adam was first formed, then Eve. 1Ti 3:13 For <1063> they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus. 1Ti 4:5 For <1063> it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 1Ti 4:8 For <1063> bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. 1Ti 4:10 For <1063> therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. 1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for <1063> in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee. 1Ti 5:4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for <1063> that is good and acceptable before God. 1Ti 5:11 But the younger widows refuse: for <1063> when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry; 1Ti 5:15 For <1063> some are already turned aside after Satan. 1Ti 5:18 For <1063> the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. 1Ti 6:7 For <1063> we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 1Ti 6:10 For <1063> the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 2Ti 1:7 For <1063> God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2Ti 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for <1063> I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. 2Ti 2:7 Consider what I say; and <1063> the Lord give thee understanding in all things. 2Ti 2:11 It is a faithful saying: For <1063> if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: 2Ti 2:16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for <1063> they will increase unto more ungodliness. 2Ti 3:2 For <1063> men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 2Ti 3:6 For <1063> of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 2Ti 3:9 But they shall proceed no further: for <1063> their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. 2Ti 4:3 For <1063> the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 2Ti 4:6 For <1063> I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. 2Ti 4:10 For <1063> Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia. 2Ti 4:11 Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for <1063> he is profitable to me for the ministry. 2Ti 4:15 Of whom be thou ware also; for <1063> he hath greatly withstood our words. Tit 1:7 For <1063> a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; Tit 1:10 For <1063> there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Tit 2:11 For <1063> the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Tit 3:3 For <1063> we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. Tit 3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for <1063> they are unprofitable and vain. Tit 3:12 When I shall send Artemas unto thee, or Tychicus, be diligent to come unto me to Nicopolis: for <1063> I have determined there to winter. Phm 1:7 For <1063> we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother. Phm 1:15 For <1063> perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever; Phm 1:22 But withal prepare me also a lodging: for <1063> I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.
Hebrews
Heb 1:5 For <1063> unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? Heb 2:2 For <1063> if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; Heb 2:5 For <1063> unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. Heb 2:8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For <1063> in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. Heb 2:10 For <1063> it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. Heb 2:11 For <1063> both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, Heb 2:16 For <1063> verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Heb 2:18 For <1063> in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. Heb 3:3 For <1063> this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. Heb 3:4 For <1063> every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God. Heb 3:14 For <1063> we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; Heb 3:16 For <1063> some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. Heb 4:2 For <1063> unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. Heb 4:3 For <1063> we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. Heb 4:4 For <1063> he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. Heb 4:8 For <1063> if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. Heb 4:10 For <1063> he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Heb 4:12 For <1063> the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:15 For <1063> we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Heb 5:1 For <1063> every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: Heb 5:12 For <1063> when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. Heb 5:13 For <1063> every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for <1063> he is a babe. Heb 6:4 For <1063> it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, Heb 6:7 For <1063> the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: Heb 6:10 For <1063> God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. Heb 6:13 For <1063> when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Heb 6:16 For <1063> men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Heb 7:1 For <1063> this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; Heb 7:10 For <1063> he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him. Heb 7:11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for <1063> under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? Heb 7:12 For <1063> the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. Heb 7:13 For <1063> he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. Heb 7:14 For <1063> it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. Heb 7:17 For <1063> he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Heb 7:18 For <1063> there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. Heb 7:19 For <1063> the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God. Heb 7:21 (For <1063> those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) Heb 7:26 For <1063> such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Heb 7:27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for <1063> this he did once, when he offered up himself. Heb 7:28 For <1063> the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. Heb 8:3 For <1063> every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. Heb 8:4 For <1063> if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Heb 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for <1063>, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. Heb 8:7 For <1063> if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Heb 8:8 For <1063> finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: Heb 9:2 For <1063> there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary. Heb 9:13 For <1063> if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: Heb 9:16 For <1063> where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. Heb 9:17 For <1063> a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth. Heb 9:19 For <1063> when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Heb 9:24 For <1063> Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Heb 10:1 For <1063> the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. Heb 10:4 For <1063> it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Heb 10:14 For <1063> by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. Heb 10:15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for <1063> after that he had said before, Heb 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for <1063> he is faithful that promised;) Heb 10:26 For <1063> if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Heb 10:30 For <1063> we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. Heb 10:34 For <1063> ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Heb 10:36 For <1063> ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. Heb 10:37 For <1063> yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Heb 11:2 For <1063> by it the elders obtained a good report. Heb 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for <1063> before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for <1063> he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Heb 11:10 For <1063> he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Heb 11:14 For <1063> they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. Heb 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for <1063> he hath prepared for them a city. Heb 11:26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for <1063> he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. Heb 11:27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for <1063> he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. Heb 11:32 And what shall I more say? for <1063> the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Heb 12:3 For <1063> consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Heb 12:6 For <1063> whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for <1063> what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? Heb 12:10 For <1063> they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Heb 12:17 For <1063> ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for <1063> he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears. Heb 12:18 For <1063> ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest, Heb 12:20 (For <1063> they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart: Heb 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For <1063> if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: Heb 12:29 For <1063> our God is a consuming fire. Heb 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for <1063> thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Heb 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for <1063> he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Heb 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For <1063> it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. Heb 13:11 For <1063> the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. Heb 13:14 For <1063> here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. Heb 13:16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for <1063> with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Heb 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for <1063> they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for <1063> that is unprofitable for you. Heb 13:18 Pray for us: for <1063> we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly. Heb 13:22 And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for <1063> I have written a letter unto you in few words.
James
- James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For <1063> he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
- James 1:7 For <1063> let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
- James 1:11 For <1063> the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.
- James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for <1063> God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
- James 1:20 For <1063> the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
- James 1:24 For <1063> he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
- James 2:2 For <1063> if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
- James 2:10 For <1063> whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
- James 2:11 For <1063> he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
- James 2:13 For <1063> he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
- James 2:26 For <1063> as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
- James 3:2 For <1063> in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
- James 3:7 For <1063> every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:
- James 3:16 For <1063> where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
- James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For <1063> what is your life? It is even <1063> a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
1 Peter
- 1 Peter 2:19 For <1063> this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
- 1 Peter 2:20 For <1063> what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
- 1 Peter 2:21 For <1063> even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
- 1 Peter 2:25 For <1063> ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
- 1 Peter 3:5 For <1063> after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:
- 1 Peter 3:10 For <1063> he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
- 1 Peter 3:17 For <1063> it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
- 1 Peter 4:3 For <1063> the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
- 1 Peter 4:6 For <1063> for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
- 1 Peter 4:15 But <1063> let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
2 Peter
2Pe 1:8 For <1063> if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Pe 1:9 But <1063> he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 2Pe 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for <1063> if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: 2Pe 1:11 For <1063> so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2Pe 1:16 For <1063> we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 2Pe 1:17 For <1063> he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. 2Pe 1:21 For <1063> the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. 2Pe 2:4 For <1063> if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 2Pe 2:8 (For <1063> that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) 2Pe 2:18 For <1063> when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 2Pe 2:19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for <1063> of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. 2Pe 2:20 For <1063> if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 2Pe 2:21 For <1063> it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 2Pe 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for <1063> since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 2Pe 3:5 For <1063> this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
1 John
1Jo 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for <1063> if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. 1Jo 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for <1063> he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? 1Jo 5:3 For <1063> this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
2 John
2Jo 1:11 For <1063> he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
2 John
3Jo 1:3 For <1063> I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth. 3Jo 1:7 Because that <1063> for his name’s sake they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles.
Jude
- Jude 1:4 For <1063> there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

- Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for <1063> the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
- Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for <1063> the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
- Revelation 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for <1063> the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
- Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for <1063> the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
- Revelation 21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for <1063> there shall be no night there.
- Revelation 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for <1063> I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
- Revelation 22:18 For <1063> I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
